Sheri integrates the highest level of professionalism, fine-tuned communication skills, and a wide breadth of knowledge and experience to ensure that each client has the best possible experience, whether selling or buying real estate.
Sheri holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from Oklahoma State University, possessing an extensive background in public relations and administration. She moved to New Orleans shortly after Hurricane Katrina after a fruitful 15-year international non-profit career in three countries (Belgium, France, China). She has been thrilled to call New Orleans “home” and is devoted to its upward transformation, neighborhood by neighborhood, as a true “window to the world.” Thanks to her many years living abroad, she is sensitive to the unique needs of international people and is fluent in French, both orally and written. And loves to brush off her Mandarin Chinese when possible!
Sheri lives in one of the Warehouse District’s premier buildings, the Cotton Mill, and specializes in all historic neighborhoods of New Orleans. She holds the designation of Historic Home Specialist and devotes the large part of her time to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, Marigny, Bywater, Lower Garden District, Garden District, Uptown, Carrollton, and Broadmoor. But her expertise travels to the Northshore, Luling, English Turn, Gretna, Harahan, River Ridge, Old Metairie, New Marigny, Treme, and beyond!
She maintains an impeccable attention to detail to ensure clients are protected contractually and that the process is as stress-free as possible. She partners closely with sellers to prepare properties for listing (whether it is staging, professional photography, floor plans, home measurements, pricing, and latest technology tools in marketing). She serves her buyers to put into place a highly respected team of service providers to streamline the process and minimize stress. That’s why she has been named since 2008 as one of the Top 100 Realtors in New Orleans metropolitan area (out of 5,000 realtors). And she is proud to be part of the Gardner President’s Club made up of the top 25 producing Gardner realtors (out of over 800 realtors).
